Don’t Slam That Door! (Parenting a Teenager)
The workshops will be short sessions and will be tailored to reflect parent’s current concerns and issues.
There will be an opportunity to talk about the challenges teenagers face in today's society.
The workshop will support parents to develop their understanding of their teenagers emotions, the concept of emotional avoidance, and also the importance of understanding how the teenage brain influences emotions and behaviour.
