The Mellow Parenting Programme is an evidence-based intervention designed to strengthen parent-child relationships and enhance family wellbeing. This supportive and structured programme provides parents with the opportunity to:

• Reflect on experiences in a safe and understanding environment
• Learn practical strategies to manage everyday challenges
• Build confidence in their parenting skills

Sessions combine group discussions to encourage positive interactions and emotional resilience.

By taking part, parents can reduce feelings of isolation, improve their parenting skills, and further build their strong relationship with their children – creating lasting memories & benefits for the whole family.
